Oren Elias, CEO

Mr. Elias brings over 16 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to founding Correlsense, Oren Elias founded and managed Internative Solutions, a provider of knowledge management solutions designed to support contact centers through multiple contact channels. The company was founded in 1997 and sold in 2004. Prior to founding Internative Solutions, he served as an IT expert for Vocaltec Communications. Earlier, while serving in the IDF Intelligence Corps, Oren participated in the development of knowledge management systems. Mr. Elias is a graduate of the MAMRAM IDF computer academy and has studied Economics and Computer Science in Bar Ilan University.

 

Lanir Shacham, CTO

Mr. Shacham brings over 16 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to founding Correlsense, Lanir served as an IT Architect for IBM Global Technology Unit, conducting technical assessment, consultancy, technical integration roadmaps, pre-sale and promotion of IBM middleware in the Israeli Hi-Tech community. Earlier in his career, he served as a Chief Architect and R&D manager for Indocs Online, a start-up that developed a unique service for the pre-print industry. Earlier, while serving as an officer in the IDF Intelligence Force, Lanir led the development of knowledge management systems. Lanir is a graduate of the MAMRAM IDF computer academy and holds a degree in Computer Science (B.Sc.) and Physics (M.Sc) from Bar Ilan University.

 

John David Reuben, VP of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Reuben manages worldwide sales operations for Correlsense. John Reuben has more than 20 years of sales, operations and management experience at global software and technology companies offering enterprise-level solutions. Prior to joining Correlsense, Mr. Reuben was vice president of sales for Prolify, a Netanya, Israel business process management software developer. He also held the position of vice president of sales and marketing at Kintana, a provider of IT Governance software and helped grow that company from $0-24M in less than three years. He was also a worldwide sales director at Oracle Corporation and founded one of their first application regions. John also held sales and sales management positions at Andersen Consulting, iSpheres, and System Software Associates. He holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. In 2004, John founded Saving Teens In Crisis Collaborative (www.savingteens.org), a non-profit organization formed to assist troubled teens and their families struggling with substance abuse and other emotional issues. John manages this as a volunteer.

 

Maya Eyal, Director of Finance

Ms. Eyal has more than a decade of experience in accounting, financial and administrative management. For over five years she served as financial advisor at several start-up companies. Prior to that Maya was also a manager in an Audit Team in one of the leading hi-tech departments at Ernst & Young. Her main area of expertise is US GAAP, specializing in software and semi-conductor companies in Israel and in the US. Maya is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a B.B. in Accounting & Business Administration and M.B.A. with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the Israeli College of Management.

 

Elad Katav, Director of Delivery

As Director of Delivery, Mr. Katav is responsible for all aspects of customer support and product delivery. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry specializing in software deployment and customer service. Prior to joining Correlsense, Elad served as Vice President of Delivery for Veracity, a provider of professional services and an Oracle value added distributor. At Veracity, he managed the professional services groups of a wide variety of infrastructure specialties including databases and business intelligence. Previously, while serving as an officer in the IDF Intelligence Corps, Elad held the positions of R&D group manager and IT manager. Mr. Katav holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The Academic College of Tel Aviv – Yafo and an MBA from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya. He also lectures on "Inventive Thinking in the Technology Environment" at Ono Academic College and other educational institutions.

 

Alon Bar-Lev, Director of R&D

Mr. Bar-Lev brings over 18 years of professional experience in complex technology environments. Prior to joining Correlsense, Alon served as vice president of R&D at Xor Systems where he managed the development of a wide variety of projects including Networking and Connectivity, IT Management, Telecom Management and Security. Alon is an active participant of the Open Source community, including such projects such as OpenVPN, OpenSSH, OpenSC, eCryptfs, GnuPG, KDE, Gentoo, and Linux Suspend. Mr. Bar-Lev is a graduate of the MAMRAM IDF computer academy and the MLP program of the Technion Institute for Management.

 

Nir Livni, Director of Product Management

Mr. Livni brings more than 16 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining Correlsense, Nir served as the Product Manager at Cyber-Ark Software and was responsible for the product management and marketing of a product line in the B2B integration market. Prior to this role, he served as an R&D group manager at Cyber-Ark. Earlier, while serving in the IDF, Nir held a key position in architecting the infrastructure and leading the infrastructure development team of a flagship project. Livni is a graduate of the MAMRAM IDF computer academy and holds a degree in Economics and Computer Science (B.Sc.) from Bar Ilan University along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude).

 

Gary Leibowitz, Director of Partner Alliances

Mr. Leibowitz is a technology executive with extensive and diversified international experience in high-tech marketing, sales, business development, P&L and general management. In his position at Correlsense, Gary is focused on building a dynamic Partner Alliance program that includes both technology and reseller partner companies. He has worked for large enterprise vendors and startups in the US, Europe and Israel, including New Dimension Software, BMC Software and Panda Security. Gary has a strong track record working with the enterprise and security software industry analyst groups.
